Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
